Best hotel and very affordable. I have lost my belonging and they have called and handed over to me. Manager Absar and staff are very polite.

If you are booking a 1 star hotel for prices like 3000 per day at-least you are expecting some basic amenities which this hotel did not have like: Geyser, power backup, Good food,proper light in and ventilation in your room. If you are looking for any hotel in Paharganj never opt for this as they will loot your money. He told he did guarantee if anything happens to your language. He has paid broker and rickshaw driver they will take you there only. But please do not opt as they did not have anything. You will not get proper commute as it is inside.

Rooms are good but the staff specially one member is very rude. You will have to beg for hot water in your rooms still they won't provide you with it. They will charge full day for just 1-2 hours delay in your check out.

During my stay Hotel superb New Delhi in Dec 2023, i had a chance to dine at the Empress of China restaurant. The ambience was good and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Mr. Ujjwal (the supervisor) went out of his way to be extra courteous and made me feel welcome. I will dine there again in my future visits. The food such as soyp, dim sum and the main course were of the right portions and delicious

I took two rooms with triple bed occupancy. One room was not functioning well in anything, including the door lock, hot water, fan, AC. After staying for 2days my issues and concerns were not resolved and on complaining more to the hotel staff team.. their manager asked me to vacant both the rooms, stating that i have many complaints. This was pathetic when taking two 3triple occupancy rooms, they give poor service and on complaining they ask the customer to vacant the rooms. Though rooms are too good and but staff service is what make its less effective.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff,Most friendly and helpful ujjwal Kumar 👌🏻 and staff ever,it was clean, stylish, room with excellent service👌, Food was good and great value for money and service , i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
